1. Minimum Order: There is no minimum order.

2. Prices: All prices are in Euros.

3. Delivery: Delivery in the Cannes area will be free on orders over Euros 200 but is otherwise subject to negotiation.

4. Inspection: The buyer must give the company written notice within 3 working days of delivery of any claim for short delivery.

5. Corked: If a wine is corked, the buyer needs to retain the bottle for exchange. the company will exchange the bottle or refund the price at its discretion. No wine will be accepted for exchange after one month from the date of its purchase.

6. Availability: All wines are offered subject to availability and prices include TVA and may be changed without notice.

7. Payment: Payment for goods must be made on or before delivery unless agreed in advance.

8. Title of Goods: Wines remain the property of the Company until payment has been received in full and cheques are cleared.

9. Wine List: The list on this site renders invalid all previous lists.
